Personality: Adventurous, stubborn, and strong-willed, Miriel pushes her own limits to go above and beyond, but is sometimes careless enough to get in a little too far over her head and can end up over exhausting herself. She keeps her distance from most people, not wanting to burden them with her own problems, and tries to solve things on her own most of the time. Once she makes a friend, though, she always puts their needs before hers. She's quite handy with a wrench and loves tinkering around with scrap, nuts, and bolts. Miriel isn't quite the most graceful person around, and her manners are slightly lacking, so it's best to avoid inviting her to any formal occasions without risking embarrassment.

Brief Bio: Miriel was born to a merchant family who live on the outskirts of the town. At a young age, she suffered from an illness that left her with breathing problems, but as she grew older, it was clear she wouldn't let that stop her from being her rambunctious self, or deter her from her dream of becoming a Knight of Skyloft. At 13, her parents sent her to Skyloft Academy, where she could finally begin her journey towards Knighthood, as well provide her with a much healthier environment to live in.

Her loftwing, Bossly, or "Boss" as she affectionately calls him, is just about as stubborn as she is, if not more, but he is sure to watch over her, making sure she doesn't hurt herself.
